Got a taco Supreme, the thick slab of griddled cheese was great. Everything was well-seasoned, including the rice and beans. Delicious loaded asada fries with a tasty presentation too (got the chorizo).
As a Texan, I definitely approve of this place. I've had a lot of below average tasting Mexican food since moving to Washington, but this place hits home. I wish it was closer, or I'd be there every day.
Visited for the first time yesterday, and so glad I went! The food was delicious and the service was awesome. Everyone working was so polite and you can tell they take pride in their business. Seriously some of the best Mexican food I've had in the PWN. The queso birria was probably one of the best I've ever had. Their website was a little confusing so I just ordered at the restaurant to take it to go. The food came out quick and hot. He even brought it out to my car even though I set a timer to come back inside to get it myself. Seriously so happy I found this little hidden gem and will be back soon!
First place in Washington that I've tried where the beans and rice are bursting with flavor! I ordered: tamale de puerco, mulita de chorizo, birria tacos, horchata, beans and rice. The mulita was Soo good! Chorizo was not chewy at all and very well seasoned! The red salsa is very spicy!! Birria tacos are nice and crispy and have just the right amount of saltiness and spice. Try the Horchata here, it's actually so good, it has multiple layers of flavor ! They Definitely put more than just cinnamon and sugar in this. Overall I give this place a 9/10 Certified Bussin'
This is one of my regular spots. I tried the asada and brirria super tacos, pictured below. I recommend the super burrito, it’s very similar to the mission style burrito from San Francisco (If you know, you know). The costumer service was ...
If you’re looking for great Mexican food, this is the spot! We’ve tried their QuesoBirria tacos, enchiladas, camarones a la diabla, and chilaquiles, and everything has been absolutely delicious. The food tastes homemade and truly authentic, not like your typical chain restaurant Mexican food. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
Great vegetarian tamale!! Huge 3 Tamales that have cheese/jalapeno flavor or chicken/rice flavor, very worth! The Salsas are super super spicy & salty; I love them! The green herb creamy and smoky-bitter dark red salsa were my favorites. **All ingredients tasted very FRESH Lots of vegetarian possibilities but the cheese-only option isn't posted on the menu so just ask for cheese or bean and rice instead of meat. They also have a good salad topping with sauce, cabbage, &potato for enchiladas and it really makes a fuller dish when ordered. **YES- best flavorful Rice and Beans! (I think Lard is probably used so ask them if you are Vegan) [I'm editing an older review to add a photo]
This is an amazing, no frills Mexican Restaurant. This restaurant is very casual, you order food at the counter and the staff brings the food to you. The chips and salsa doesn’t come with the meal, but I ordered the chips and salsa, with a side of guacamole. The chips and salsa were excellent. The chips were very fresh, the salsa was homemade and had great flavor, as well as the guacamole. For an entree, I ordered the Birra Tacos/Quesadilla. These are the best Birra Tacos I have ever had. The taco sauce delivered to the table is outstanding, especially the green sauce. The serving size was very large and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this Mexican Restaurant.
